Xansa,
the global IT services company specialising in business consulting,
information technology and outsourcing, has been recently awarded
the Excellence in eHR, a prestigious HR Excellence award
organised by KPMG and Human Resource Magazine. The award recognises
companies using technology as a strategic tool to deliver administrative
processes through outsourcing or employee self-service, training
and development of employee and the integration of HR with other
systems across the business. The Excellence awards 2001 present
an opportunity to companies to benchmark HR strategies, initiatives
and achievements against competitors and the best in the business.
Speaking
on the occasion Binoo Wadhwa, general manager-human resources, Xansa

a peoples company. Xansa has continuously invested in technology

company focused on people. The other companies short-listed for
this award were PriceWaterhouse Coopers and Ceridian, the US technology
company. Winners of other categories of the award included Astra-Zeneca,
Freeserve, CGNU and West Bromwich Building Society.
