Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) has announced a one-year
Diploma in Supply Chain Management. This programme is being offered
for the first time in Mumbai through the online and distance learning
mode.
The
course will mainly focus on leveraging supply chain management and
e-business across the entire enterprise. Students will learn how
to integrate a company’s activities across the entire e-supply
chain, from acquisition of raw materials and purchased components
through fabrication, assembly, test and distribution of finished
goods. The course will stress on practical concepts to avoid “silo-type
behaviour” and emphasise cross-functional approaches to supply
chain management. The course will benefit executives from the following
fields—supply chain, materials management, works/production
planning, corporate planning/strategy, purchase and procurement.
The
online course fee is Rs 12,000, while the print cum online fee is
Rs 15,000.
