Eagle - Can a green card holder overstay outside the US?
I am a green card holder. I had received my green card
in August 2002, but I had some personal work in India so I
left the US in September 2002. Is it fine if I return to the
US in the month of April, which is almost around 240 days
from the date I left the country? Kindly do let me know.
