Legal Eagle - Can a green card holder overstay outside the US?
I am a green card holder. I had received my green card in August 2002, but I had some personal work in India so I left the US in September 2002. Is it fine if I return to the US in the month of April, which is almost around 240 days from the date I left the country? Kindly do let me know.
