ITeS industry: Age

The ITeS industry is generally perceived to be the preserve
of 22-year-olds in a campus-like environment. It is partly true,
but the situation is fast changing. While most in the industry
do happen to be freshers who work at the agent level, there
is now active recruitment of people in their 30s, 40s and sometimes
even 50s. |
